RetailTrack Mystery Shopping & Consulting, originally established as STOREcheck in 1991, is one of North America's oldest mystery shopping companies.  It is a division of The Belding Group of Companies Inc., a company focused on creating, driving and measuring employee performance and customer service.

We now has a large and comprehensive network of experienced shoppers throughout the USA & Canada, with the capability to shop in virtually every community.  Our unique shopping methodology and SMART™ project management system ensures consistent, superior results, and the flexibility to address all of our client's needs.

Experience and Quality
The people who work at RetailTrack have strong expertise in customer service, sales and other key mystery shopping drivers.  They know what to look for, how to look for it, and why mystery shopping is important to a company.

We understand the impact customer service levels have on a business and on product sales.  And we understand the consequences when the information is not accurate or timely.  Every shop is quality checked for accuracy and consistency, and every shop is supervised by someone who understands what you're looking for. Typically there are a minimum of two project managers who are fully familiar with each project we do.
